Mister E
Guys and Gals, Daedal Macabre passed us...They have an avg of 12 players on at any given time. Lets try and stay 13th at least cuz we all know thats the luckiest number.

Ghrialton
You guys have one regular voter back. Is TMS still a twice-a-day deal?
roma
you know... instead of pressuring people to VOTE VOTE VOTE we could all look at the muds at the top of listings and try to think about why they hold those positions. What makes them better than FL?
Tom
I'll bet it's pressuring people to VOTE VOTE VOTE.
Mister E
Its not that they are better, but not everyone likes a mud that is as pk harsh as FL, I find these top muds all have rules about looting, and custom eq, stuff that lets you sit around and have tea parties knowing you wont ever lose your things. They are also way ahead on votes because they avg like 200 players on at a time. Any mud with directions that includes ne nw sw and se is lame imo
Chayesh
Many of the top MUDs on TMS are IRE's, not true MUDs. Many of them while "free to play" are not truly free and require monthly paid accounts (similar to MMPORGs) or you can buy credits for advancement. Additionally, many of them employ a global echo to prompt you to vote or a login prompt you can "opt out" from asking you to vote. There are numerous forum topics regarding these on the TMS forums if you ever want to check it out. Carrion Fields is the one exception I know of to this.
