Just not worth it, in my opinion. All the shots I "Smoked" barely got me drunk. Had I actually drank them, I would have been completely sloshed. That absinthe is 75.5% alcohol. Three shots of that back to back would have you feeling quite nice.

Back to the original thread' date=' my buddies and I called that 'Power Hour'. A weak shot every hour for sixty minutes.[/quote']

My friends and I do that using beer shots. Lots of fun, assuming that you meant a shot per MINUTE for sixty minutes. ^_~

power hours, 100 shots...man what happened to the good 'ole days of just keg stands and beer bongs.

heck we had a nice 6-foot inch diamater plastic tube with a two liter at the top that had the bottom cut off, tube attached to bottle, and at the end of the tube was a hose splitter...you know, the kind where you can shut off the flow of liquid. Was great for solo or tandem beer ingestion.

of course eventually we dropped the beer, kept the bong and you could smoke a bowl in tandem or solo. heheh..

The smoke is disspated far quicker than anything' date=' given that it is a byproduct of sublimation (the act of skipping a stage of matter, going from a solid to a gas instantly) The vapor is absorbed from your lungs, then spread throughout your body by your heart, and is then absorbed accordingly. The fact that it stays in your lungs is void, the alveoli in your lungs is not a storage unit, it is a distribution type thing. If you are a smoker then you should not be deterred by this. As the inhaled smoke from cigarettes is what stays in your lungs.[/quote']

While the alveoli do not overtly store anything, they do sort of act as a filter, separating the oxygen and feeding it into your bloodstream. As a result, if there is added 'junk' that you are inhaling, it lines the side of the filter. Think of an air filter - it doesn't store anything, but the junk it pulls outof the air eventually lines it, and clogs it, and you have to replace it. That's part of what happens with the cigarettes.

Now I don't know anything about how that plays into the alcohol inhalation - the alcohol itself obviously makes it through into your bloodstream, and I have no idea if there are additives or anything that would coat the alveoli. Just saying.

Debates like this are why I stick to test results. ^_~

And Kyz, we still have beer bongs and keg stands. We're just diversifying.

Beer pong is still my personal fav. We actually played a 50 cup game, and yes it does get warm, but by the time you get there, it does not matter, its like a better version of the goldfish at the fair game, cause you do not pay 10 dollars for a 10 cent fish, you instead pay 30 dollars for lots of beer.
