CruelEdict
Yea, I think the addict perk is just a smidge stronger than the rest.
WagesofSin
Herbs are monumentaly useful, the fact that you can use them in combat just multiplies that fact.
CruelEdict
Consider my statement an understatement. I think that perk is the best you can get in the game and most people are picking it because of its sheer strength. I think if you couldn't smoke in combat, that would level it out a bit, since it is hard to imagine rolling up and smoking anything while fighting for your life. npc_death
The addict perk is just about useless as is. If I pick another perk and just keep smoking through my addictions, what good did the perk do? One idea would be to impliment something that made non-addicts' health deteriorate over time. goldbond
other perks are good in certain situations... like when you roll something that's going to be more aggressive most of the time, fearsome is nice to allow chasing in more areas without getting interrupted as much. but yeah addict is the most bomb perk, and i was hoping it would never really come out in the forum hehe. frenzy, sanc (1 hour longer than vial), bless, stone skin, detects, others.., for a consumable dependent class is pretty bling.
