28 weeks later

i heard that it was pretty good, and there's a diff between a zombie movie and a fast-zombie movie. i like fast zombies, much scarier. this one looks way too largess compared to the last one though, script too grandiose, too many characters and no actors from the first one in this one.. i'll definitely rent it, and definitely going to see hostel 2 :) :) :)

28 Days Later was a gem. I own it and that is saying something. I never buy, especially now that I work at Blockbuster. 28 Weeks Later just...wasn't what I hoped for. It was too obvious and too predictable. Also, this isn't a Zombie movie, since there is no Undead in either film.

undead in the pragmatic sense, not the literal sense. i consider most definitely a zombie for all intents and purposes. and fast zombie like dawn. btw didnt you like the "downer" alternate ending of 28 days later? the moment i saw previews for weekslater, i saw the army guys and the way too involved stuff and i knew it was going to be kinda lame, but i did hear that brutality reigned for a large part of it.

Funny stuff is taking her to that theater that is across town' date=' sitting down, and just at the start of the movie saying you have to go to the bathroom. Then you leave her there.[/quote']

Dude, I almost regret I love my gf, else I would do it. :D :D :D

Hmmm. Maybe I should do it anyway.

look

The Living Room

A rather cramped hospitable feel to it, it's not really arranged in any real manner. The T.V. sits in the far corner of the room on an 'entertainment stand' if you can call it that, with movies and consoles collecting dust beside it. The front door has a peep hole of which from time to time appears to have a blinding light travel through it and onto the walls briefly before disappearing and reappearing again through the window before disappearing again leaving the sounds of motor vehicles slowly fading with it.

TheNewGuy is sleeping on the couch.

Good luck on that.

So it's alot like the first?

No, the first one at least had a hero to pull for and by the end you felt like something had been accomplished, leaving you with a bit of hope for what occurs after the credits roll. The sequel takes all of that and tears it to shreds.

Its pretty much just a 90 minute gorefest, which some people might be into, but its not what I was expecting.

sequel.

The first? None of the first characters are in it, the plague breaks out in a different way, the tiem frames and locations dont match up. And the way you catch it has changed. I dont think 28 days later and 28 weeks later was of the same series, I didnt catch the similarities hardly at all. I walked out thinking they were not related. And thats saying alot about it if they are. That movie was horrible.
