Key Changes
April 2018
- Gladiators will now retain their chance to avoid tripping when their standard has been stolen.
- All undead mobs have had pierce immunity removed; this was a fix when players received the immunity.
- Rangers can only have 4 pets at a time, now.
- they must choose between a cabal pet, or a stone golem (if they have that capability)
- Half-drow can now be rolled as monks.
- Awards given for journals and notes now add a green 'a' next to the note or journal in question.
- further, within the content, you will see 'Awarded: yes' if awarded.
- this should prevent double awards moving forward.
- When shooting arrows at immune targets, wimpy will no longer activate.
- Wimpy has been updated to prevent fleeing if you're stunned or in a worse condition.
- You can replay faction chat now.
- Replays will persist after rebooting.
May 2018
- Perks and racial bonuses should stack as intended, now.
- Skills command will also show 'selectable skills' as green with their intended values.
- Assault damage reduced to intended ~+30 damage range.
September 2018
- You can no longer run behind the Black Knight if you're bloody.
- A syndicate service which sent you to an unconnected area, now sends you to a connected area.
October 2018

- Added a code check for altar screams, rather than using a mob program for consistency.
- Mobs will no longer disappear when their aggressor is killed, unless it's a player they've been hunting and that player dies.
- Quest 'To Find a Lost Boy' in Drkshtyre now actually gives you rewards for completing it.

- Minister echo finally fixed.
- Armageddon smash updated to reflect correct spelling.
- Invoke skill typo fixed.
- Rhapsody of Delusion typos fixed.
- Rust echo fixed.
- Ammo depleting grammar fixed.

November 2018
- AC diminishing returns have been reworked and are much less noticeable and require much higher AC to begin the returns.
- Berserkers are capped with hitroll and damroll again, but at a slightly higher cap than other classes.
December 2018
- Berserker's diminshing returns now in line with all classes.
- Weaponcleave for fury berserkers updated/modified:
- To permanently destroy a non-burnproofed weapon, you must be raged while cleaving.
- To break a burnproofed weapon, you must be raged while cleaving.
- Chance to break a burnproofed weapon and destroy a non-burnproofed weapon reduced by 10%.
- Liches grasp of the crypt will always retain a 4 hour duration of enfeeble, with the max reaching 8 hours. (from 0 min, to 12 max)
- Duergar can now be Dark-knights
- Dwarves can now be Paladins
- Score changes
- Real hitroll percentage visible.
- Ethos inline with 'alignment' line.
- Size is now visible.
- HP/MANA/MOVE recovery depending on room now shows.
- Smoking herbs now in line with potion & scroll use, resulting in the same lag.
January 2019
- Troll Scourge has been updated/changed
- Damage decreased.
- AC per hit decreased.
- Max 6 hours for the effect.
- Max +150 AC at any given time.
- Bards gain third attack.
- Status affects, like fireblind will now check immunities as they should.
Feburary 2019
- Advanced handling no longer gives *HUGE* chance to hit multiple times a round.
- Crusade and non-crusade bonuses and penalties are more pronounced and consistent.
- High Sight no longer gets damage bonuses. High Sight will ignore resistances, however.
- 2h mastery no longer guarantees a very high chance not to miss armored rush.
- Fighting blind is more consistent and pronounced.
- Penalties when fighting blind have been increased, while bonuses fighting against blind opponenets have been increased.
March 2019
- Rhapsody of Delusion no longer prevents teleport/word of recall.
- Carol of Lethargy does not drain you any longer. Mana regen however will be drained.
- You can only maintain instruments twice now.
- Using a material with a rating of 7 or more makes the weapon rare now.
- Saves and hitroll now capped at -2 and +3.
- Lullaby will now cause aggro if it fails.
- Slith gain 'spew poison'
- Wisdom for Sliths increased from 17 to 18, to allow for 3 practices.

April 2018
- Giant sized monks are no longer possible by using an enlarge spell, then using the dragon stance.
June 2018
- Removed the ability for shadowformed characters to blackjack or steal. Both skills will bring you out of shadowform now.
July 2018
- Carol of Lethargy and Echoed Voices saves check modified to work correctly, where before it returned that the victim always had 0 saves.
October 2018
- Moved vnums from mudschool to Miruvhor, which affected vnum changes for the following items:
rusted iron shield
tarnished lantern
wooden recorder
buffalo water skin
hooded lantern
large chicken wing
booklet of notes warrior
booklet of notes mage
potion of life
whole grain energy bar
- This shouldn't be an issue anymore, but if you see oddities with any of the above, just sacrifice it.
- Added checks for shocking bite so that illithids can make use of holy hands.
January 2019
- Liches no longer lose their phylacteries on death. They do lose 50% of their phylactery strength, however.

- Fired weapons killing target and ending combat has been fixed. Combat against remaining combatants will not continue (thanks Fool_Hardy)

- Time not being able to differentiate between 12am and 12pm fixed. (Thanks Magick)

- Rare check when restoring characters has been fixed to ensure over-rare counts don't happen anymore.
- Award 'hidden checkmark' changed to asterisk, since some of you fools don't use true UTF-8 fonts. (Uh, thanks Magick?)
- Artificer Perk correctly increases the proficiency to bowyer now. (Thanks Cephirus)
- Contracts / Sign now work correctly - you can now draft in different languages as a result. (Thanks Magick)
- Tarot [ DEVIL ] now has a chance to affect characters. Be wary. (Thanks Magick)
- You can no longer sing a song unless you have more than 1% proficiency in it. (Thanks Magick)
- Shadowform no longer bypasses traps. (Thanks Zoichan)
- Decoys and mirror images should no longer take precedence when characters are transferred.
