Changed saves_versus to SPELL_BREATH from SPELL_MENTAL.
Rage affect more likely to be 1 hour, rather than 0 hours.
Drumroll:
Haste will only proc now if character is not affected by 'drumroll'.
Drumroll affect is only proc'd if user is wielding mastery weapon. (percussion instrument).
Characters using non-mastery weapon reduces haste to lvl 1, and gives character 12 hour drain effect.
If character is drained, haste won't apply when drumroll is used, now.
Piercing note:
Increased damage slightly.
Armor can now be damaged similar to hellstream, except everyone's armor in the room not in group with bard.
Additionally, this armor can be repaired at the repair man in Falen Dara.
Brawl further toned, allowing extra_attacks less frequently.
Added an extra check to ensure 'instrument' is learned at 75 for all characters.
Instrument defense reduced from +1 to -3.
Compositionalist (build) values from complexity of material, for benefit of the instrument, have been halved for APPLY_HITROLL and APPLY_DAMROLL affects.
