Raids created by Watchers will now make rooms green with the skill "foliage" as they go around destroying.
Shopkeepers will no longer get destroyed
Areas that are in raid status will allow shopkeepers to sell to outlaw/wanted watchers.
Bugs can now be sent with the 'bugs' command, similar to other spool commands like note, and journal.
It's best to stay in the room that a bug occurred, as IMMs can see which room the bug was sent from.
Immortals can now see what other characters you have with a simple command.
Replay clan has been added to the list of replays.
Command 'write' has been updated:
"write edit" shows what languages you know, if there's nothing written on the paper.
You can now write in languages you know less than 100%, as long as it's more than 80%.
languages in red are languages you don't know well enough to write in.
languages in green = fluent, while languages in yellow are above 79%.
If there's something already written on the paper, you'll be able to continue in that language without having to specify "write edit <language>"
If there's nothing written, the paper becomes owner_only to the one editing it, until it's drafted. This is to make it so someone else can't just grab the note and continue writing onto it, or to write_show without it being drafted first.
"write" with no argument shows syntax now (either write edit, or write draft).
"write show" shows what you currently have written on the paper, and in what language.
More checks for write edit - you can't begin editing in one language, and then edit later in another.
Clearing the write edit string resets the language.
"write draft" creates a better short_descr and long_descr (a note, written on - as opposed to: a hand-written note, written on).
When you examine a note paper, and it's sealed, it shows that it's sealed now. If something is written on the parchment, it also suggests to the player that they should 'translate' the parchment.
Stow command has been added. HELP STOW
Added random lockboxes that drop at random intervals.
Lockboxes remain empty until 'picked' by a thief/ninja/bard - sacrificing them won't yield any contents.
Lockboxes drop at a low rate, and contents will depend on level of mob it dropped from.
More pieces of EQ/ armor will be added over time to the loot pool (5+ more have already been added since implementation!)
This essentially allows immortals to create custom affects created by mobs or objects with durations they choose.
For example, a 5 hour haste, specifically: obj affadd self 'haste' dex +2 5 none
Mobs with ACT flags (warrior, no_wander, undead, etc) have been made a little bit smarter. Class specific spells will only be cast versus classes where it matters.
XP in the 'group' command to show TNL of players matched, rather than total XP, now.
Shield bash further changed:
Reduced bleed affect from 1-2, to 0-1 ticks.
Reduced bleeding per tick from 9-10 to 4-5 bleeds.
Reduced modifiers of affects caused by manual shield bash.
Reduced chance to auto_shield_bash while blinded slightly.
Reduced chance to deflect arrows when blinded considerably.
If blinded, you can no longer maneuver your shield in front of you to deflect a bash.
Reduced damage reduction when shield maneuvered in front of shield holder.
Classes no longer benefit from shield_expert - reducing bash damage has been removed if you only have shield_expert practiced.
Gladiator changes:
Gladiators can no longer smoke herbs unless their shopkeep sells them.
Gladiators have had close_combat chance increased significantly.
Druids and monks are now able to hold 60K gold, where before they could only hold 20K.
Added druid into checks for gold amounts where they weren't checked before, like monks.
Necromancer Class Re-released/Coded - Beta in affect.
To apply, post on the prayer forum.
Bug Fixes
Fixed an issue where CPs weren't being awarded via mob gain for non-cabal characters.
Fixed an issue where '#.' regular expressions would not work: eg., 2.zombie, 3.zombie, etc, with release command.
Fixed an issue where crusaders couldn't repair weapons like the repair man, Chun.
Fixed crappy wording that indicated monk dropped gold when shared the gold, when in fact, the one splitting the gold kept the gold.
