Key Changes
- Bards lose throw and edge_craft. Those who had both learned receive practices back.
- Bards with ARTIFICER perk will now have instrumentalist mastered at 101, and learned at 100 at creation.
- Bards can now 'dismantle' their instruments, with a chance to receive material of dismantled weapon.
