NELDRIN

As the world descended further into darkness and became of bastion of hatred,
fear and destruction a need for something else was felt in the heavens. The 
Lords of Light knew that violence only begat more violence and sought out a 
stalwart example of peace and love to hold up to mortals. The search was long
for it seemed noone would turn the other cheek when evil was done to them. 
Noone would commit a simple act of kindness in the face of evil to offset it.
 
Born out of the perfect love of Belina and Horgrave, missionaries from Maelbrim 
he commited such acts of goodness and kindness he soon drew the attention of the
heavens. Never before had one trod the paths of the world that only used their
skills and prayers to help others, never to hurt. Constant healings of the sick,
blind, lame, and leperous were his calling. He did not even carry a weapon to 
defend himself, he merely left any altercation that happened to befall him.
 
His gentle touch was not confined only to the cities or forests. He freely gave
blessings to all who needed them. Even to those who were perceived as evil and 
full of wrongdoing. His kind hand turned many from the life of war and killing.
Few who had felt his touch or heard his sermon returned to the life of violence
they had led prior to his coming. This angered the Gods, they did not want such 
a man showing others how to be gentle and kind. They wanted strife and discord, 
blood and destruction as it fed their myriad designs.
After only a few years time where he blessed countless lives and brought them 
hope and peace he was taken up from the mortal coil, his eternal soul given a
new purpose, a higher purpose as the Bearer of Peace to the souls of Aabahran.
