BUG IDEA

Similar to NOTE, JOURNAL, and APPLICATION, you can send bug reports or ideas
with the bug or idea command, using all the syntaxes of a regular note for
ease of reporting the bug or sending an idea.  

It also helps that if you're reporting a bug, you write the bug in the room
that the bug occurred.
