Syntax: contract  : lists available contracts
contract victim: contract out the given bounty
 
  Being skilled traders as much as killers, the Rat King 
and Queens of Syndicate quickly realized that it will not 
be possible for their forces to cover all the possible bounties.  
Thus any contract not capable of being covered at the given 
moment by the forces of Syndicate is available to be contracted 
out by anyone willing to do it. 
 
NOTE: Be forewarned, taking out a contract on another is stating
an intent to kill. There should be no other purpose behind this
action. As such, good aligned should never take out a contract
against another good aligned, lest they face the wrath of the
divine.
