Tribune-Herald Relations Act

1) Heraldric Witness Act

As the Third Branch of the Tribunal and servants of truth, for as long as the Tribunal and the Heralds remain united, every Herald has the capacity to act as two lawful witnesses to any crimes that were committed, whilest a Tribunal is about to mark one a criminal.

2) Herald Protection Act

Normally, crimes committed against personages whilest no Tribunals are about cannot result in a warrant. As the Heralds are the Third Branch of the Tribunal, however, and as a neutral, pacifistic organization, there is a special exemption for them. Any crimes committed against a Herald at any time should be reported to the Tribunal via a scroll, and at such a time when a Tribune is able, they should mark the offender for that crime.

3) Library Protection Act

As the Heralds are now the Third Branch of the Tribunal, the

Great Library of Aabahrahn, the Heraldic Library, is now under the official protection of the Tribunal. Any and all who try and attempt to break into the Library by force, or who cause destruction within the Library, will be marked for having had committed an atrocity-level crime, and may be subject, as per Council discretion, to being outlawed as well.

4) Safeguards

Any Heralds found to be abusing or lying to Tribunes with regard to the provisions in the Tribune-Herald Relations act will, in the future, permanently lose all three provisions that were meant for their defense and support. This applies to the Herald as an individual.

5) Changes to the Tribune-Herald Relations Act

As per the concept of 'Flexibility of the Law' under

the tome of 'Principles of the Tribunal,' these laws may be changed at any point in time, based on the methodology enumerated under the principle stated in 'Flexibility of the Law'.

So decreed by Martineius, High King. _________________________________
