Khranin sits down near the pool.

Meriumae smiles and reclines against the shale; 'This place feels so nostalgic.'

You say 'I haven't been here for ... decades!'

Koviaem draws his horse near the cascading waterfall, but away from the harm of falling rocks.

Khranin chuckles, 'Many things have happened here.

Koviaem says 'They called this the healer island.'

Khranin says 'For good reason.'

Khranin nods.

Khranin says 'I know I am fond of the place.'

Khranin shrugs, 'I suppose I can't say much about my fellows though.

Koviaem rubs his chin.

Khranin Before a Waterfall

Koviaem Before a Waterfall

Meriumae Before a Waterfall

Meriumae sits by the water and hikes her dress up as she dips her toes in.

You say 'Cold!'

Khranin nods, and then grins... a grin which clearly has malice to it.

Khranin splashes you and Koviaem.

Meriumae shrieks; 'No!'

Khranin moves behind you and picks you up.

Koviaem draws forth his right hand and wipes away the droplets of water forming on his chin.

With a devilish grin, Khranin holds you over the water.

Meriumae struggles and whines; 'Leggo. Woah, no no.'

You say 'You ***, I will never forgive you. Never.'

Koviaem watches with little interest.

Khranin Smirking, Khranin says, 'Ok.' and lets go, dropping you into the pool.

Meriumae slips into the water with a loud, but short-lived wail.

Khranin chuckles and sits back down near the edge of the pool.

Koviaem glances at his arm and winces softly.

Meriumae surfaces, screaming; 'You ***...! It's cold, it's cold!'

Koviaem dries his arm with his robes.

Khranin whistles innocently.

Meriumae tugs her plastered hair out of her eyes and clings to a shale shore rock.

Koviaem drawls, 'Oh come now..'

Meriumae whines; 'Brr-...!'

Meriumae tugs herself out. All her garments (heraldic and secular) are a darker pigment due to being totally soaked.

Khranin takes off his cloak and hands it to you; 'Here you go, dry off.

A huge pool of water rushes out from where Meriumae straightens her poise; 'Don't you even ...'

Meriumae holds a threatening finger toward Khranin, her lips blue.

Koviaem stands and moves out of the way of the water-soaked dramaturge.

Khranin takes two steps away from the edge.

Meriumae collects her wet hair into a braid and wrings it out in front of her body as she leans forward; '...Son'va'bitch.'

Khranin grins, 'Oh come now, it's not so bad.

Koviaem says 'It is from my vantage point.'

Khranin says 'It's summer dear, swimming is fun in the summer.'

Next, Meriumae wrings out her sleeves; 'Jump in, you ***.'

You say 'And you tell me how cold it is!'

Khranin says 'I don't need a bath at the moment.'

Still grinning, Khranin sits back down, resting against a nearby tree.

Meriumae flaps her still wet, heavy arms; '... I can't believe you!'

Khranin moves his hand to cover his grin.

*Thwick*! A card sticks into the tree near Khranin, and Meriumae rights herself, her wrist rolling slightly.

Khranin glances at the card and then at you... still grinning.

You say 'That's the Joker, and it's yours. No Tarot.'

You say 'I'm telling you what you are, twit. Auugh...'

Khranin coughs, 'And you married me.’

Meriumae looks down at her garments again and groans; 'I'm gonna freeze to death.'

Khranin says 'Use the cloak, and then come here.'

Khranin stands up and walks toward the forest.

Khranin gathers up some pieces of wood and heads back to the pool.

Khranin places down the sticks in the sand, and then starts a small fire.

Khranin sits back and stares as the fire comes to life.

Meriumae grabs the hem of her dress and starts balling the fabric up to squeeze the water out; 'Yuck...'

Khranin says 'Oh come now, it's not so bad.'

Meriumae murmurs; 'Ouh shut up.'

Khranin stands up and drapes his cloak around your shoulders.

Khranin says 'Sit down by the fire.'

Khranin says 'I can throw in Koviaem, if it'll make you feel better.'

Khranin grins evilly at Koviaem.

Meriumae stands up again, slipping the cloak off; 'That won't help.'

You say 'I need to get these off.'

Khranin grins.

Meriumae groans at Khranin, turning her back to him as she starts tugging the strings loose on her corset; '...Don't give that look, please.'

Khranin continues grinning, but doesn't say anything.

Khranin says 'You might want to move away for a moment, son.'

Meriumae pries the corset off finally. The under-jacket is soaked too.

Koviaem says 'I am not a child.'

Khranin shrugs helplessly.

Koviaem walks over to a nearby tree and rests in the shadows.

Koviaem sits down and rests.

Meriumae mumbles distractedly as she shuffles her feet toward a tree.

Koviaem leans his head back, resting it upon the gnarled bark of the tree.

Layer by layer, emblem by emblem, Meriumae strips down to her satin lower gown; 'I will get revenge, Khranin. Understand me?'

Meriumae returns to the fire, a heap of herald gear in her arms. She slaps them to the shale as she sits down.

Khranin just stares at you, still grinning. 'Have I told you you're beautiful lately?

Koviaem closes his eyes gently.

Khranin stands up and takes the cloak from the ground and wraps it around your shoulders.

Meriumae lifts her threatening finger to Khranin again, a lot of streaky black locks of hair draping over her face.

Koviaem places his left arm across his bent knees, palm up.

Koviaem over the left he crosses his right arm, the rune patterns sheen with a brightness caused by the pool.

Meriumae finally snickers; 'I'm really not kidding, you will suffer.'

Khranin grins and nods, 'Oh, I'm sure.

Khranin says 'Hell hath no furry.'

You say 'I'll kiss Donian, and I'll write a book about it.'

Khranin chuckles.

Khranin frowns, 'Now... thats a bit much,

Meriumae mutters; 'Well, actually...'

Khranin says 'Besides, you wouldn't want that.'

You say 'You're right, I couldn't actually do that.'

Khranin says 'You'd never get him to let you alone.'

Khranin says 'And you'd turn me into a murderer.'

You say 'I'll shave your goatee and your eyebrows off.'

Koviaem murmurs, 'Perhaps she will be the end to your life as the dragon and halfling foresaw.' Koviaem seems to grin, albeit his mouth is stony still and his eyes are closed.

Khranin sighs and lies back in the sand, 'Meh, I planned to get rid of the goatee anyway.

Khranin shrugs, 'She probably will be the death of me.

Meriumae glances over at Koviaem and nods; 'Yeah!'

Khranin grins, 'So it's settled then.

You say 'Killing you sounds like a wonderful idea right about now.'

Khranin says 'Yes, but you'd miss me.'

Meriumae readjusts the cloak around her shoulders; 'Ettin****.'

Khranin sits up and grins at you with puppy-dog eyes.

Khranin says 'Oh come now.'

Meriumae makes brief eye-contact with Khranin; 'Bugger off...!'

You giggle.

Khranin hops up to go sit next to you.

You say 'Don't, go away.’

Koviaem's lips now form into a half smile, but at what it is hard to tell, for how can he see what is going on?

Khranin leans in close to you and makes a kissy face, 'Oh, come on.

Meriumae points firmly toward the other side of the fire; 'Go over there again.'

You say 'So I can imagine that you're burning.'

Khranin sighs and puts his hand in the fire.

Meriumae squeaks; 'What the *hell* are you doing?!'

Khranin pulls it out quickly, slightly reddened.

You say 'Don't actua -...'

Khranin says 'See?'

Khranin says 'You're still too concerned for me.'

Khranin chuckles politely.

Khranin closes his eyes as his hand heals up and goes to normal.

Koviaem mutters, 'He does have a point.'

Khranin grins at you and lies down in the sand.
