It's a one-way room, which isn't the same. You got into it somehow, right? There's several of those. Another example is in the underground reservoir.

Didn't appear there was a way to get back into it because you haven't found the primary path to get there. It would be, again, as if you vanished into the series of one-way passages out of the reservoir.
This one, at least, is fine.
