A little clarification:

Bards: their melee output has been toned DOWN considerably. In exchange they  get slightly  longer staying power to actually land songs. Their tac0 is STILL worse than any other roughs, it is by 1 better than it used to be, so it is only a very slight change.

Shield warrior: compare to other warrior expertise choices. Usually you get a defense OR an offense bonus, but your expertise weapons will nto be the all out win / best choice in every single fight. It should be the same with this one.

A shield warrior loses dual wield attacks, fired weapons, and now third/fourth attack on the primary weapon--a very heavy cost for a warrior. This makes it quite different from other lores. The benefits of shield lore must compensate for these losses as well as giving the strength of a warrrior lore. That is why shield lore must be far stronger than the average warrior lore.

 

I'm not saying if it is currently balanced or not because I really have no idea, but when you compare or try to balance shield lore to other lores, this should be remembered.

So, it was actually buged .... :drinks:

Great change on CP's, it will fix the issue of not questing pre-cabal induction. A shame we can't clean the quests of restring app classes, to prevent the same for them (more related with HP bonus from quests going bye bye when you get back to L1).
