Higher aff saves supposedly lowers the affect chance of WM forms. They also autosneak, so try not to stand still so much. But honestly the most important lesson here is that you fight reactively. You need to work on anticipating your opponent. Where are they headed? What skill will they execute next? When will they execute it? When will they put on the gas? Once you start figuring that out, you'll get much faster, and make much better decisions more consistently. Link to comment

What you did well. - Went to the water to fight for bonuses and no dirt - Variety of attacks to see what was working (in my opinion, after playing a sader recently. Deflect and rushes were ineffective here. Shoulder smashes, with the hope of getting of some bleed effects to stop tick catching, and damage) - Well prepped with spells, with the exception of flight. (crusade/protection/sanctuary) Things to improve - Watching spell effects, especially critical ones as a giant, like flight. - I cannot think of any time I'd rather use a 2h sword over a polearm. In my opinion, they are just not very compared defensively in comparison - armour was fine, just need to get that weapon upgraded a bit for all the benefits it provides. - Ialethe Link to comment

That may mean of course that you need to run off and reset (and not allow her to repair everything you damaged, but then there is also the chance of catching her in the really long repair lag).
