1) Try dual wielding. Camp spear offhand grants you half-assed extra defense, but the thief knows spears!
2) Retarget fast (if not blind) to the actual slith and not the skinjob.
3) Keep on lagging them.
4) How you fare transformed? Quickclaw does good damage.

Dual Axes

Be careful with Cast off skin as a zerk because it will die quickly and remove your rage

Always try to haymaker to remove sanc or any buffs, I couldn't tell what he was using but I feel you should have been doing more damage

I can't stress how much you should be using axes though, the bardice is a great defensive weapon for zerks, especially a FG, and it might be the right choice vs melador in the right circumstances, but it's good to switch it up and keep your opponent on their toes.

I dont know much about werebeast because I've never played one but it's worth a try to transform once to see how it works out too

Polearm wasn't a bad choice if you were a Giant Race with high two-handed proficiency.

However you're a Werebeast, dual wield two Axes, ideally ones with a lot of hit and dam roll or if you need more AC, wear a shield and Transform.

Wearing an Axe before transforming will give your hand to hand a rating of 4 Offense on the chart, should help with beating his defenses considering he only has two.

I think the biggest mistake here was that you didn't even try to blind him, I know he has those Slith eyelids but Thieves do not have blind fighting. Blinding him is HUGE as you will hit him more, he will hit you less, he can't flee and murder throw you and also can't circle stab you when he skins. Keep a Thief blind at all costs or you get out melee'd when you shouldn't have.

Other than that, save the Haymakers after you rage, it works a lot better. Also if you blind him first and then knock his sanctuary off, you are now chasing him raged whilst he's scrambling to get sanctuary back up.
