Ostentatiously kept humbler than its position in Maelbrim would otherwise dictate, those that designed it recognized that the role of a regent is to fill the interim void that is left between sovereigns. While a sovereign in power, the title is a reminder of the inferior position of rank. The Great Wall of Aabahran, farther to the east, serves as a tertiary line of defense, but it is here at the Dragon Gate that the city itself is protected. The name comes from the surrounding Dragon Teeth mountains and also the design of the gate itself. The battlements look like great spikes, the teeth in the maw of a great dragon. It has been built to resist a traditional siege, one composed of mortal land armies and siege weapons. That so much work has gone into this perimeter defense shows that the leaders of Maelbrim expect a major invasion from this direction at some point in the future. Until that time, it stands more as a testament to the wealth and stature of those who could afford constructing such a masterwork gate. His bald head shines in the light, as if polished. Several tribal tattooes travel from the back of it to his forehead. Long red beard flows from his chin reaching his waist, carefully groomed and taken care of, in contrast to the rest of his atire. A pair of brown eyes also adorn his round face, placed within deep sockets, underneath bushy red eyebrows. A large red nose is above a large mouth, the stench of alcohol emanating from the yellow teeth filled maw. His clothes, a mix of sewn together patches, are worn and dirty. Brown pants with large holes at several places and a black shirt, with what appear to be sweat stains underneath his armpits. A massive breastplate is worn on top of the shirt, the silvery material resembling mithril quite a bit. Even though it has seen much use, it still shines and lacks any dents, or scratches. The same could be said for the matching gauntlets and leggings. Small sharp spikes protrude from the similar shoulder pads he wears. His armor appears to be his most valued posession. Several small pouches and vials dangle from the plated belt that is tied around his waist. The right hand of the dwarf grips the handle of a massive warhammer, runes carved on the head, radiating intense heat. An enormous tower shield is held in the left, almost the size of the dwarf himself. An unknown crest is encrusted in its center, resembling a mountain reaching the clouds above it. I cannot fault the player at all.It is a strong combo, and the player makes very good use of all the tools available.They are clearly knowledgeable about the game, and fast moving. That said I think there are some really annoying aspects to this fight that are kinda imbalanced. Warrior shield bash edge allows the dwarf to lag me with shield bash while bypassing my bone wall. So I get no lag reduction and no return damage. I think shield warriors get too much offense to go along with their defense. They already get lag mitigation, a ton of saves, and lots of bonus procs by wearing a shield (including silence). The fact that they can lag mages through protective shields is overkill IMO. The dwarf also has really good proc'ing items that make the fight extra hard. With the darkstone carcass he gets barrier for free and that makes him dual resistant. Unlike a healer he doesn't have to pay mana for all the physical damage mitigated by the spell. He has the 2 tick slow from bandages which allows him to out heal me with ease. He also gets bloodloss proc'ing from his belt of barbs which makes it a lot easier to chase me down. The fact that I am T in my cabal and he isn't even in a cabal yet does not bode well for me. Once he is in his cabal I am in serious trouble against this character. Link to comment

Upon review it looks like the edge of the shield hitting in combat causes the bleeding. Yet another benefit to using a shield! The bandage must be a 1 hour duration though right? 1 hour = 2 ticks... Bradato has quite a few wounds. <Chofarex: [62] 785/1256 I've also noticed this behaviour but I just assumed it was what happens when a shield bash 'fails' (i.e the equivalent of bash or trip missing but maybe it just shouldn't behave like this at all).
