Shield bash to strip predict, then bashes and failed flees until I finally get out. He did get some melee damage in, particularly in the later rounds of the fight, but passive LACRATES to DISEMBERS through sanc hurts a lot. I wasn't exactly hitting him much, but I can't really capitalize on his vuln except with the rod of stars. Perhaps a physical spear would be better?

-300 damage and I haven't even scratched him, so I get out of there. Also for some reason I assumed I could put up predict again after he knocked it down, but alas, it seems this is not possible. Lesson learned.

Even without sanctuary, he's kicking my butt pretty hard.

Shield lore stripping me of predict makes me feel like dual wielding stances just don't contribute too much. Still, I don't want to give up the extra attack for a two-handed weapon (also I didn't have a decent non-magical one on me), as I feel like the extra defensiveness won't really keep me in the fights for too much longer against unblockable/unparryable shield lore damage.

I'll probably try this again when I've gathered a water polearm.

Bradato: You're very scary to fight. I'm honestly not really sure how to approach this matchup, and it's only going to get worse after your next promotion.
