Just to make things absolutely clear, in situations where the game takes what level the characters are into account for calculations, everyone at 50 is at 50, regardless of exp penalty. The biggest effect your exp pen has on you at 50 is determining how far below 50 your pk range goes.
Ok...
Not sure what client you use Polk but I never plan to log anything. I use zmud and have an average buffer size. If I decide that events that already transpired need to be logged I will simply click the "stay offline" button when I disconnect from FL. Then I am free to browse my buffer at my leisure and copy/paste whatever I want to notepad.
I deleted him already' date=' shrug, but thanks anyway. I don't wanna keep a character that I can do nothing with in Pk, especially considering the cabal I was trying for

You character problem was not Low DEX. It's inexperience.
Warriors at 50 need experience. Most of it power come from weapon selection/EQuipment.
IF you played a halfling warrior you would do even worse.
As STR and Size are the most important base stats for warriors.
You should play a class with more error margin and that does not depends so much in Eq.
Like Ogre Rangers, or Stone/Werebeast rangers.
Key play to a successful warrior has always been, and always will be (as far as I'm concerned) equipment based on the person you're fighting.
As has been mentioned, hitroll and equipment/weapon selection are the core for a warrior. If fights were not going your way, and you were not hitting much at all, as Anume stated, you probably were lower level (which means you needed to rank up more to be more effective against them). All the best equipment in the game does not matter much if the person you are fighting has three to four levels on you.
Warriors can be a blast, but take a lot of patience and trial and error to play effectively. If you do decide to play one, I suggest going for warmaster and trying to learn from your clan/cabal mates. They can help you in game with pointers, plus you can spar with them and they can help you with your pk.
well from my expirementing I have found that higher dex races hit more often, but not nearly as hard, where as giant races swing less often, but hit harder. Now there are many things you can do to alleviate this to bring a balance.
Find equipment that is + to your attack skills (second attack, and weapon knowledge). Also use your mastery weapons often. I found that 120% in flail as my old FG war I was parrying ALOT more than with 100 in sword, even though sword is way more defensive. Those %'s add up, and make a huge difference (you can see prime examples of this on the FB page if it still has Krusk vs Heuajru)
Now you are going to want to push your luck up, and your hitroll up. Also focus on the weapons actual damage roll. For example 12d 3 is BETTER than 4d10 even though one has a max of 36, the other 40 the reason being is you have a minimum damage of 12 on 12d3 and min of 4 on 4d10. That plays a good bit into how you hit as well. Now about luck. This is such a weird statistic, but invaluable for your career as a PKer in FL. Not going to delve into specifics, but suffice to say you will see a difference.
Now my last bit of advice is this. Stir it up. Change how your fight, do things people don't expect. Mindflayer, and Hit and Run have both said it, but winning pks is about pushing it to the limit.
Most importantly just blast away.
Look how much Ugresh learned in his tenure. I for one think he was bloody strong. Even in the 'crap' he used to wear.
My first warrior died to probably 70% of his lives gone until I got the hang of it. Now I like to think I play a half decent one.
We can give you all the advice you like, but we'll never be able to chalk up the experience you need to get. Ask everyone IG what you can be doing. There are now quite a few 50 warriors running around that could give you some sound advice.

He was bloody strong.
