Shield bash

To my knowledge, shield bash has always been tied to the warrior lore skill, not the expertise/mastery skills (otherwise berserkers and rangers would have access to it).

You were able to get shield bash from shield expert. You just couldn't do the autobash without the lore.

Though it may have been intended to do a little lag and the edge just does more on top.
I don't have any strong arguments as to why we should. You already get a plethora of debilitating effects when you shield bash, you don't need lag on top of it. If you want to lag, you know how to bash. Make your choice.

It doesn't just do damage. Never has.
But there are some requirements to get it to do more.

But no, you're supposed to get shield bash with shield expert and/or mastery.
