As far as their order, it's entirely dependent on the order in which they were put in there.
So if you don't know, it's going to be a crap shoot when you've got the same keywords and using the n.x formatting.

How is this a bug? They’re named the same thing. Also, how did you get them into the bag in the first place if they’re nodrop/nouncurse?

Probably dumped them in from the lockbox directly into the bag.

Related while I'm thinking about it, if you put all.x and there's not enough space, the entire process aborts. Though that's probably intended.

Yes that’s intended. What’s not intended is breaking flags through dump though.
