Would you play a Drow Necromancer?

It does not makes me the the Spawn of Satan.

WOA WOA WOA! Im not buying that for a second until I hear it from the Reverend himself.

On a serious note - I actually think there are too many consumables in the mud. Its getting to the point where warriors are running off, downing 50 hearts and healing like clerics.

Taking the spirit of PK out, and the need to spend 100 hours collecting consumables in.

Just my 2c

i agree, it makes more sense to me to balance the classes instead of compensating with consumables, I don't really have the energy to collect all of that stuff every day anymore.

i never collect any consumables just sanctuary and protection if my opponent is too hard.and never had problem with that.instead of spending a lot of hours collecting them just spend them on trying to catch your enemy offguard.

instead of collecting stupid nymph hearts, collect some gold and spend it on a nectar that will turn completely the battle for you in a matter of seconds.

All I'm going to say is this:

You have no idea how many times I read one of her posts and have to go whip myself with a cat 'o nine tails.

Having played a ton of necros, I think drow is very viable, and in fact, will probably be my next char after my current project. Granted, there are a few disadvantages, and in comparison, with Illithids, I think the trade-off's are equal. No wand from that one dark place for sanc, but there are many more options available.

Remove all healing consumables. Not gonna name anyone, but a warrior with 50+ nymph hearts healing from awful to excellent in 1 tick while raiding, and has a nice charmie to do battle for him just makes me sick.

Or make it so pills are like food. They make you full, and if you are full you can't eat them. Oh, and also make healing spells interact with protections. Why should you take 35% less damage but heal for 100%?

What's the difference between positive and negative energy?

I don't think that the nectar is that good.

And you need to find someone willing to sell it.

Rolled a Drow Necro during Hallowen.

He Pinacled with 418 HP's. Considering an average of 15 HP trains, from my elven clerics, that means 568 HP and around 1040 mana base.

I don't foresee any successful Drow Necromancer in the future.

considering what it does... i will have to disagree here especially for classes without sanc.

the vendor?

Vendor what Vendor?

Are we talking about the same Rare Quest nectar item that is 1 per character?

So utterly lost now..... Someone put the colors together so I can see the picture.

Are we talking about the same Rare Quest nectar item that is 1 per character? yes we are and they are just rare. I've had as many as 4 at one time. I didn't see any changes since I last left. I'm not going to go into too much detail though. This is getting to be too much for the forums

the nectar is so good that it should be out of the game

Op!

Its funny people talk about nectars, but not a SINGLE one of you mentions that incredibly powerful scroll (its anti evil)

Also, trying to make sense of this thread is like trying to look at a paint by number than Helen keller did.
