ZHOKRIL
 
A fluctuation in the timestream itself gave form to the being
known as Zhokril. Although the specific event that caused
his creation is unknown, many speculate that the destruction
of the white dragon, Valganti, caused a brief flaw in the flow of
time and magic itself. The wraith, composed of strands of time
entered Aabahran through a pocket in the timestream. While the
wraith's other intentions remain ambiguous, for the time it has
taken charge of maintaining the flow of magic and time. A fragment
of the timestream itself, the wraith wields its power in preserving and
honing its existence. Zhokril leads the Savant Tower's mages in
the study and maintenance of the mystical.
