The proverbial bread and butter of any Merchant, the ability to barter
ensures a smooth flow of business for any entrepreneur. This skill
makes a formal offer of purchase to any customer, anywhere in the
lands. However, the transaction can only be completed if the Merchant
and customer are in the same room.
 
Any merchant who should try to barter an item they do not have in
their possession would find this skill disadvantageous to their business.
