Syntax: translate <object>
 
In order to read notes written in a different language, or at least
make an attempt to, one must try to TRANSLATE it. Depending on your
proficiency in said language, you'll be able to read the note or piece
of parchment it has been written on. The spell comprehend languages
may help in this endeavor.
