RESTRING COLOR

In the world of Aabahran, you can add color to pieces of equipment by
using the restring command in front of a mob that allows it. To use 
color, you need to use the %l and %L identifiers, thusly creating a
bracket around the word or words you want colored. An example is:
 
restring "titanium bracer" a %l#gold plated%L titanium bracer
 
This would return:
 
a `#gold plated`` titanium bracer
 
There are many colors you can use, both bold or not, and they are 
listed below:
 
1 `1red         ``!`! bold red``
2 `2green       ``@`@ bold lime``
3 `3orange      ``#`# bold yellow``
4 `4blue        ``$`$ bold blue``
5 `5magenta     ``%`% bold pink``
6 `6teal        ``^`^ bold sky blue``
7 `7white       ``&`& bold white``
8 `8dark gray``
 
Remember, only one color can be used per restring, as not to clog up
the otherwise beautiful reward using rp points.
