MAINTAIN
Syntax: maintain [instrument] [material|<item>]

Bards are able to further create stronger instruments by using 
materials found, or for the more experienced, using other weapons and
items. Maintaining their instruments bring great abilities and 
additions to their instruments, creating masterful works of art that
are both pleasing to the eye, and gentle to the ear - or if the bard
prefers, devastating to both.
