ENHANCED PRY
Syntax: passive (modifies pry)

  Where a common rogue's pry would fail against items bound by curses
or powerful enchantments, the mechanist's intimate understanding of
locks, clasps, and magical bindings allows them to bypass even these
protections.  No item is truly safe on one's person when a skilled
mechanist sets their mind to removing it.
