Syntax: passive (modifies blowgun)

  Through advanced training, the toxicologist learns to fire darts
with such speed and precision that conventional projectile defenses
are rendered useless.  Missile shields, the deflections of shield
experts, and the swatting aside of projectiles by two-handed weapon
wielders are all bypassed by darts fired with this level of mastery.
