POISON DUST

POISON DUST
Syntax: poisondust <target>

  The toxicologist hurls a fistful of concentrated poison powder into
the face of an opponent.  The caustic dust burns on contact and, if
it finds its way into the lungs, leaves a lingering sickness that
saps the victim's strength over time.  Those with a natural immunity
to poison may shrug off the lingering effects, though the initial
assault is harder to ignore entirely.
