Syntax: passive (modifies envenom)

  The toxicologist's deep mastery of venoms allows them to distill
poisons of unusual potency.  Weapons and darts envenomed by a rogue
with this skill carry a more concentrated toxin that is harder to
resist and lingers longer in the victim's body.
