ASSASSINATE ROGUE

ASSASSINATE (Rogue)
Syntax: assassinate <target>

  Unlike the ninja's art of the instant kill, the rogue assassin's
technique is a devastating strike born of patience and preparation.
The assassin must first study their prey extensively during combat,
learning the rhythms of their defense until an opening reveals itself.
When the moment comes, the assassin strikes from hiding with terrible
force, and the sheer violence of the blow leaves the victim's defenses
shattered, their ability to parry, dodge, and block temporarily
destroyed.  The attack demands everything the assassin has learned
about the target, consuming all accumulated study.

  The target must still be in fighting condition for this technique
to be attempted, and the assassin must approach from stealth.
