VALGANTI

The origin of the White Dragon is vague.  In the logs of time his presence
has not appeared in any of the history books.  However, with his rise now,
the history has been filled.  Valganti was a gift from Sirant to Mircea
after the cataclysm.  A dragon infused with the spirit of the avatar. 
Mircea then used the dragon to soar in the timestream, forever watching, and
forever waiting for the time when the Savant Tower would need him most.  It
was during the time of Anithraril when the Dragon would be called to duty. 
It is still unclear what occured with the former Lord of the Savant Tower,
and when the water settled, the Dragon had risen from his slumber and came
to the aid of the Tower.  It is said that the Dragon now perches on the
throne of the Dragon Castle, protecting Time itself from the forsaken curses
of Aabahran.
