General
PERK PERKS

The Forsaken Lands allows you to choose detailed characteristics,
including character perks. This is not required but may help you flesh out
your character further. All of the selectable perks below will provide your
character with some benefit, and none will hurt you. Below is a list of the
selectable perks. Be careful when choosing however. Once you have decided
on which perk you will select, your choice is irrevocable.

Addict:
Ah, the wonderful bounties that drugs provide. So attuned are you
to all things chemical, you resist their negative affects. You're free
to enjoy the highs of chemical assistance without fear. You may
even come to memorize the effects of different drugs you encounter.

Adventurer:
There's always another road to wander, that's your creed. The unyielding
wanderlust consumes you but brings with it the blessings of knowledge
and understanding.

Alcoholic:
You've come to love anything inebriating with a passion. Spirits run
through your veins like blood, and as such you gain the positive and
enjoyable effects of drinking without as many of the nasty side-
effects.

Aristocratic:
Nothing is more important than relationships - after all, it's not what
you know, but who you know. You've honed your ability to read,
convince, and, at times, manipulate others to do as you wish. Even
animals bow to your alpha status.

Artificer:
Trinkets and artifacts are your drug of choice. Any and everything
created in such a fashion just works better for you. In fact, your
love of toys has come to permeate all manner of associated skills.

Athletic:
You were always first to be picked for team sports, and it's no
wonder. Your particular make-up is ideal for all manner of physical
extracurriculars. You've even learned to hone your precision.

Eagle-eye:
Naught but the smallest details escape your keen vision. Distances
means nothing, and even far-away targets are not outside of your
sphere of influence.

Educated:
Learning and the tools associated with it are your focus. The lifelong
pursuit of knowledge has become your quest, and as such, the finer
points of understanding come to you quicker.

Healthy:
Your level of bodily health is something to behold. Small wounds
heal almost immediately and greater injuries stitch themselves up
as you watch.

Heroic:
Who knows, perhaps those bar-room tales of gallant heroes got to
you. Maybe it was one too many blows to the head. Whatever it was,
you've got to be the one to save the day. Others may call you crazy
for rushing headlong in to battle, but when it comes down to it,
you're as unstoppable as those fairy-tale heroes.

Lucky:
Fate? Yeah right, it's all luck, and you've got plenty of it. Things
always seem to go your way, and even when it doesn't, a second
chance is fast in coming.
