SHIELD MASTERY

Dedicating yourself to the art of defense is common among warriors of the
line and those that do not wish to be chopped to insignificant pieces in the
face of a powerful assault.  These warriors can use their perfect shield
positioning to shrug off the strongest bashes without giving much ground. 
They batter incoming fired weapons with ease, deflecting them back at their
senders.  They also have improved upon the technique of shield bashing and
rarely miss a chance to strike out offensively when an opportunity arises.
 
Those warriors who focus their expertise and mastery on shields enjoy
special synergies, their shields as much a part of their bodies as their
limbs.
