Syntax: second <already-poisoned darts>

  The pinnacle of the toxicologist's craft, this skill allows the
application of a secondary toxin to darts that are already envenomed.
When such a dart strikes its mark, the victim must contend with two
distinct poisons working in concert, one attacking the body's
strength, the other its agility.  Each toxin must be resisted
independently.  To apply, simply envenom darts that already carry
a coating of poison.
