[Eril] | | _____ | | | oo much of it! What's there a woman to do with all this | | | inspiration? Ordaran proves to be the artful sort, perhaps | | | enough to hold a candle to Elrozin himself. I'd like to see | | | the two of them have a yodel-off contest! Great cultural | | leaders are born every day, it seems. Dance, dress, song, | | and riddles surround us. They help draw our attention away from | | the bleak stress and obligation of duty. | | They give us context. | | When it was over, violence picked up again instantly! How | | fast it is that life reminds us that it is there, and that it is | | limited. Boo, say I. Life should be put in a talent contest. | | Could life be as arousing as Anmosenth's strip tease? | | As charming and thought provoking as Lurnaal's poetry? | | As delightfully comedic and purposeful as Zerutek's acting? | | As clever, dark, and stark as Zoichan's riddles? | | As distinct and directed as Majandra's countenance? | | As brave and as cheeky as Kerra's makeup and costume design? | | | | I say no! Hah! | | | | And to dream that Ordaran would allow this kind of brilliant | | thing to happen as often as every lunar month would be too much | | for a woman like me. Alas, this is his promise, so no dreaming is | | necessary. I look forward to more talent-y shenanigans! | | | | )----------------------------------------------------------------( | | | | - The Thalos Project Launches [Eril] | | ____ | | / | ir Geoffram and the Knights he leads, with the aftermath of | | \____ Regent Anamus's successes still lingering with a sweet | | \ aftertaste, has begun his next project. It seems that | | |____/ gold left unspent is gold going to waste, and that the | | construction of new and beautiful things is very important | | to the Castle. My own creative works remain tools for measuring | | lands and stars or musical compositions -- theirs range from keeps | | to cities and everything between. | | Thalos is an ancient city that sits right on Val Miran's | | doorstep, and is place of minimal strategic importance when it | | comes to land ownership and war. Never the less, the Knights plan | | to transform the city into a restored Beacon of Light, a place to | | act as a monument of their protective might and solidify their | | place in the west. There have been reports of a few minor hitches | | recently that suggest that the enemies of the Knights may have | | other plans for the zone.
