Physicality - Possession

Mind & Body · by Scribe Irpel Brpel

-= Physicality - Possession - One =-

The mind and the body are separate existences, but at the

same time, they are one. Both work together in circular reliance. The mind needs the body to the commune, and the body needs the mind to commune. This circle, along with others is what creates the changes of time and reality.

However, there is another force that I have found. It is

called an entity. An entity is actually a mind that floats upon is own accord through space and time, waiting to take advantage of certain magicks and 'possesses' a body. I will explain in segments below, but I will first note that a possessed body -still creates change-!

First and foremost, a mind and an entity are very, -very- different in nature. An entity is most likely a lost ghost, or spirit, which has, in fact, joined with others, holding with them tiny fragments of memory from a long lost body. Sometimes an entity carries no memory at all; therefore, it is only an energy force.

Secondly, an entity -is- an energy; the mind, typically, is not. The mind cannot float freely upon random space, however, mysteriously still, an entity can. It can seek things out as well as notice and learn, without a body. However, because of these natural laws, an entity cannot, and will not interact with any true being. In other words, a true being will never obtain a memory of an entity: no one will actually see it, hear it, feel it, or sense it. However, when an entity enters our plane by 'possessing' a body, it can thus use this body to pass information.

Possession is when an entity enters a body and takes

control of communion. It is possible that the bodys mind could be seeing through the eyes of its body, even when the entity is in control of bodily functions. To specify, there have been beings who, after cured of the entity, retain memories from when they were possessed, proving that it is possible that the mind, while in possession, can think, see, understand, and even try to fight against the entitys will. It has been known though, that if the entity's power is great enough, it can force the mind to forget things it witnessed during a possessed state, and/or literally shut the mind down. However, if the later is correct, or performed, the mind would, in time, break the entity, and become free once more - for a time, or course, until the entity regained power.
