Dhevrunt's First Appended Law

Obstruction of Justice: Impeding on the ability of a Tribune to make the city secure and orderly. It is the responsibility of a Tribune to secure the city from any and all threats, therefore any action which promotes or aids the committing of a crime is hereby declared illegal. Such judgement rests solely and entirely with the Tribunal Council, however one proper warning must be given that this someone is interferring with the securing of the cities before a warrant can be issued. *Note* This law is only applied while Lord Dhevrunt is serving the Council.
