Prax Laws One
Removed Tribunal Statutes · by Historian Jisil Gwycae
1) Militia Clanhall
The Militia clanhall, like the Tribunal home, is considered to be sacrosanct territory. Anyone seen in the Militia clanhall who is not a member of the Militia is to be immediately marked a petty criminal, with no warning given. The Militia clanhall is to be completely off-limits to non-personnel. This is by direct order of Prax.
2) Voodoo
By direct order of Prax, voodoo'ing Tribunes anywhere is illegal. If a Tribune is hit by a voodoo doll, the Tribune should locate all copies of their doll; every shaman who holds a doll of the victimized Tribune is to be marked a felonious-level criminal.
3) Taxation
The citizens of the towns pay taxation to the guardsmen in exchange for protection. By direct order of Prax, it is now allowable, as well, for Tribunes to collect a tax of up to five hundred gold from each person in the city, as payment for Tribunal protection. A Tribune is not FORCED to collect these taxes if they do not wish to, and is not allowed to collect them more than once every twenty four hour period. Adventurers who refuse payment are to be given petty criminal status.
So decreed by Lord Martineius, at the command of Prax.
