SECTION -I-]
The TRIBUNAL grounds are sacred. As such, so are those that are the havens of the Tribunes, and those that seek to become the Empire's Officers. The Militia Clanhall is off limits to any who are not part of the Militia clan. The TRIBUNAL Palace is off limits to any who are not Tribunes. Any who break this law should be marked, and a detailed missive or scroll sent to TRIBUNAL explaining what has happened.
[SECTION -II-]
The TRIBUNAL Standard is off limits, strictly to any who are not a Tribune. Should a Tribune see someone take it from the corpse of another, hear the Cabal Guard yell that our item has been captured, or can locate it on someone who is not a Tribune, the Tribune should mark them, and send a detailed missive or scroll to TRIBUNAL explaining what has happened.
