Tribunal Amendments

Effective from this moment, Sevenday the 37th of Order 1360 PC, and to be upheld within all lawful jurisdictions for the duration of Lord Toel Severus' stay in the Royal Council of the Tribune Empire is this Imperial Edict, as commanded by the Imperatrix:

1. All drugs are now classified as illegal goods.

The Tribunal Empire defines drug as any smokeable herb.

1.1 The transport of drugs is now a criminal offense subject to SEVERE punishment.

1.2 The consumption of drugs is now a FELONY.

1.3 The trading of drugs is now an ATROCITY with both parties to be held accountable.

1.4 All drugs brought into lawful areas will be confiscated by Tribunal officers and sacrificed at a convenient opportunity. As such, the temporary handling of drugs by a Tribunal officer is not a crime nor is the receiving or sacrifice of those said drugs.
