I, Highblood Bregendip, hereby do declare that any form of Obstruction defined herein as using spells upon, assault upon, or any other hinderance to the Blood Guards of the Tribunal Empire, shall hereby be deemed a criminal offense. This law applies no matter if the event takes place within a city governed by the Law of the Tribunal, or not.
This law will carry a severity of: Felony
The Penalty shall be determined by the Officer issuing the warrant, or the arresting Officer.
This Law shall remain in affect as long as I, Bregendip, remain on the Council.
