Sheathing [Bregendip]

I feel it is necessary for the protection of our citizens, as well as the safety of our guards, to enact the following law: If a Tribunal Officer requests a citizen to reveal themselves, said citizen must become completely visible, so as to show their weapons are sheathed. The citizen is given a warning, followed by a two hour window to comply, whereby a warrant will be issued for non-compliance.

Severity: Severe

Penality: Officers discretion, but should generally be either Bail or Extended.

This law will remain in affect for as long as Bregendip remains a member of the Council.
