Raynalds Law - Obscurity

As Raynald Blade has been elevated to the position of

Councilman within the Good Empire it is time for him to enact his very first law. Raynald Blade has determined that the appropriate law to added, or rather be re-added, is the law pertaining to concealed persons.

The law is as follows:

LETTERS OF THE LAW

Overview

Citizens are to refrain from concealing themselves from view while within the city limits of the Good Empire's jurisdiction. Methods of concealment that are punishable by law and the Maxim include, but are not limited to camouflage, hiding, shrouding yourself in hood, or by manipulation of the shadows.

Law breaking

Tribunal Officers must give a warning and allow the potential offender two hours to remove themselves from their concealed state. Fleeing from sight or leaving the city prior to the two hour time period will result in a warrant of arrest should the potential offender be seen in this state again.

Penalty

Failure to comply with lawful orders will result in the Tribunal Officer imposing the city-appropriate penalty. This penalty will be reflection of your current criminal status within the judgments of the court officials and may vary from person to person.
