The Agmeel's Second Decree
Now that Val Miran is returned, the Agmeel unit is wanting to keep status the the cities under certain expectations in regards for those who abuse the protection we offer to the citizens in our gaze.
Law: All and any who are caught sleeping in the streets, alcoves, guilds and any other nook and cranny throughout any empire controlled area will be marked as a criminal. Although an exception holds for those who sleep within the designated sleeping area in the cities, which is the Inn rooms. Penalty: Failure to heed the law will cause those who are ignorant to the laws in Tribunal areas to be marked as a criminal. For the most petty of Crimes the MAXIMUM penalty will be bail from jail. Based on the history of the offender.
This will cause our streets to be clear of riffraff, and the local business of the innkeepers to be enhanced, granting higher tax rates to the empire.
Exemptions and Extensions: Citizens may meditate within the city at their
Leisure, as well as any militia or Tribunal general may sleep at will, where they want. No penalty given.
