The Val Miran Siege defense act

"All of those who declare themselves enemies of Val Miran or its citizens, either by words, actions or association shall no longer be protected by the law, but marked as Outlaws and hunted by all."

Clarification:

I - To threaten to raid, strike, loot or harm Val Miran is to declare themselves enemies of Val Miran by words.

II - To strike at the citizens in Val Miran, the Ivory Palm, or those who risk their LIFE to defend Val Miran, in an occurring manner is to declare themselves enemies of Val Miran by actions.

III - To lead or to be part of an army that fights, besieges, invades or enters our city uninvited by the noble council of Val Miran is to declare themselves enemies of Val Miran by actions and/or by association.

IV - As custom, any ambiguities, vagueness or doubts in the interpretation of this law will be solved by the most wise noble council of Val Miran.
