Abolishment of Slavery.
What is a Slave and how is this law enforced?
A slave is ANY being living or unliving that appears as (Charmed).
There are 3 exceptions:
Blood Guard
Royal/Noble Entourage Merchant Bodyguard
If any slave is brought into the city, Tribunal officers must warn the slave owner to release all slaves from bondage. Slave owners have 2 hours to comply. Those who comply are not considered criminals and will not be wanted. In the event the slave owner refuses to release all slaves and remains in the lawful area for 2 hours they will be marked for Slavery. The Severity is a felony.
In the event a slave owner leaves the lawful area before 2 hours has elapsed, they will be considered warned. If they are spotted with slaves in a lawful area within 24 hours of the warning they will be marked immediately for Slavery. Once 24 hours has elapsed, the process starts over.
