Thelmayn's First Decree
Temples are places of worship and tranquillity, where one may truly find peace away from the sights of weaponry and arms. A place where one may envelope and bask in their faith, pray for their loved ones and seek shelter, food and any other necessities. Weapons are not needed for these activities what so ever. Therefore I see it fit to introduce a zero tolerance policy on drawn weapons when entering any temple within Valmiran, Maelbrim or Mirvuhor. This would include any location within the temple.
Under this new Law, enforcers will not be required to issue any warning to sheath weaponry within the temple grounds, and a warrant can be issued immediately if ANY individual has their arms drawn within the temple premises.
---=== Exceptions ===---
1. Outlaws can be assaulted by citizens within the temple, just as they can in any other law enforced area.
2. Officers can have their weapons drawn to apprehend criminals within the temple premises.
3. Healers are exempt from this law.
4. An officer can use their judgement case by case to issue a warning to patrons they see as travellers unfamiliar with our lands.
Crime - A sheathing warrant. Recommended low to medium severity bail or extended jail time.
